For some weekends and holiday periods a 2 night minimum stay may apply. Our online booking system will show availability of single occupancy or you can check by phone for these periods. We reserve the right to upgrade a reservation at no additional charge. Rates shown here and on FreeToBook are exclusive to our website and are not available through other booking agencies.
Single occupancy per room per night
Single occupancy may be available on mid week off peak and quiet periods and on some weekends and will be shown through our online booking system or call us to check.

To comply with UK law, smoking is not allowed at The Forest.
Checking in and out times
Check in time is between 5pm and 8pm weekdays or by arrangement.
Check out time is by 10:30 am
If you are delayed or expect to arrive late then please do let us know so that we can leave the main gate lights on for you.
Booking terms
Details of a debit, credit card or other payment method is requested at the time of booking to secure all reservations. For all reservations a non-refundable deposit of 20% (minimum of £30) is charged at the time of booking. For bookings of 3 rooms or more a 50% deposit is required with full payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques can also accepted. Full address details and a contact number must be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to arrival then no further charge will be made. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours then we will make every effort to re-let the room but if not successful then the first night's accommodation fee will be charged minus any deposit already paid.
Settlement of account
The balance of accommodation charges is payable on departure and may be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque. We also accept most debit card and credit cards and international cards (not American Express) subject to the charge below.

We can accept the following debit and credit cards for payments: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Electron, Solo, JCB: Our preferred payment method is CASH or BACS.

• We make every effort to ensure that the information and bedroom descriptions contained on our website and accurate but we reserve the right to make changes and we accept no liability for minor inaccuracies.
Liability
• Our liability for damage, loss or injury including loss or damage to vehicles and their contents and to the personal possessions you bring with you is excluded as far as permitted by law.
• All play equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times and is used at own risk. The proprietors accept no responsibility or liability for any injury or loss resulting from the use of the play equipment.
• All guest pets remain the responsibility of their owners at all times. Liability is not assumed in any way whatsoever by the proprietors for pets belonging to guests.
